Returns, Damaged items and Exchange Policy:

Don't LOVE IT?

We offer Free Returns to all U.S Customers valid for items that have not been worn & have original tags attached. We do not process refunds for any items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed. International returns will be responsible for shipping.

We accept exchanges and returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase, or not able to find the perfect fit.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 21 days of delivery date. Policy Is Strictly Enforced.

First, email us within 21 days of delivery, you will need us to send you the packing slip for your return before sending your item back . Please try bikini bottoms on over your underwear for sanitary purposes!

 

Qualifications for a return for store credit/exchange:

  •  Bikinis must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, rips/tears etc.
  • All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original packaging.
  • The hygienic liner must not have ever been removed or reattached.

 

Step 1  Submit a return request to our email ViosaCo@gmail.com include order number and reason why you need to return the item.

Step 2
  We will confirm your return and email you a return slip, at that point you may ship your return back to us.

Step 3  Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of being delivered back to us.

*A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with our return policy is final and cannot be refuted. Please reread the qualifications for a returnable item, listed above, and be sure that you did not remove the tags, or the hygienic liner, as these make your items ineligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.

 

Invalid Shipping Address

Orders that are "Returned to sender" due to an insufficient shipping address must be covered at the customer's expense. A new shipping label with the corrected shipping address will need to be purchased by the customer.

 

Damaged Items   

If you receive a damaged swimsuit, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and email images of the damage to  ViosaCo@gmail.com. 

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product.

As with any high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Hot tubs, heavily chlorinated pools, and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Once a swimsuit is worn, and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase/ and/or the return packing slip included inside of the package along with the items.


 
Exchanges (WITHIN 30 DAYS)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All swimwear must still have its original hygienic liner sticker in place, never having been removed, and the item shows no signs of wear, or an exchange will not be accepted. Exchanges must be made within 21 DAYS.

All conditions above met, exchanges may be available. Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
When you are approved, then your exchange credit will be processed, and sent to you via email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund email yet, please contact us at viosaco@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Send us an email at viosaco@gmail.com within 14 days, and package and ship your item to: 2121 Biscayne Blvd #1146, Miami FL 33137, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the sender.

Be sure to include your receipt or printed proof of purchase and/or return packing slip inside the package. We cannot process your return or exchange without this!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that the shipping service company will successfully handle your packages. We will not be responsible for lost return packages, you will need a tracking number to prove the whereabouts of your package if it is to go missing.
